The Japanese believe in enjoying ingredients in its raw fresh form. This seafood don has no seasoning, just plain old goodness of the ocean.
And we found it not in a fancy upmarket restaurant, but a small shop tucked in a corner after a long street of restaurants catered for tourists in Otaru, Hokkaido. Following the local scent led us here and this policy has not failed us once again.
A very good and inexpensive fine dining restaurant that serves such fresh sashimi that I felt like swimming in the ocean with the fishes.
Feeling indescribably heavenly with my Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
A fish out of water is dead meat, but freshness on the table. Absolutely felt like the ocean is in my mouth. Appreciating dinner with my Samsung S6.
Octopus: Noooo, I don’t want to end up in someone’s stomach!
Catcher: Oh yes, you’re going to be sashimi!
Watching the struggle for life with my Samsung S6.
